• 한반에 8명  (8명이 넘는 경우는 교사 2명 배치)

학기구분

• 가을학기: 9월 부터 다음해 1월까지 (15주)
• 봄학기: 1월 부터 5월까지 (15주) 
• 자세한 스케줄은 학사일정을 참고.

수업시간 

• 금요일 4:30 PM - 7:10 PM(무단결석 3회시에는 스스로 학업을 중단한 것으로 알고 제적 처리됨).

등록

• 매년 봄학기 등록은 재학생에게 우선순위가 있으며 가을학기는 100% 온라인 등록만 받습니다.
• 재학생등록

  - 봄학기 : 가을학기 종강전에 등록비를 내시면 자동등록이 됩니다.

                - 가을학기:봄학기종강후에 온라인으로만 등록을 받습니다.

• 신입생등록
  

- 봄학기: 재학생등록을 우선순위로 받은후 남는 자리가 있는 경우에 등록을 받을수 있습니다.

- 가을학기: 봄학기종강후에 온라인으로 등록을 받습니다.

등록방법

• 본 교회 웹사이트(www.wmission.org) 등록 (웹사이트 등록시 등록 확인 e메일이 자동으로 발송됩니다. 그 e메일을 출력하셔서 수표와 함께 교회 주소로 보내주시면 됩니다. - Payable to: WMBC 빛의나라 한국학교 62 S. San Tomas Aquino Rd. Campbell CA 95008)
• 종이등록: 등록증을 출력하셔서 수표와 함께 주소로 보내주시면 됩니다.
  

등록금 환불여부

• 등록금은 환불이 안됩니다. 하지만 다음학기 Credit으로 사용하실 수 있습니다.   

학부모님의 협조 요청

• 간식사인업 (필수)
• 오리엔테이션 참석, 가을학기 시작할 때.(필수)

Registration Procedure

Admission Age

• Children age of 4 years old and older, and all youth are eligible to apply.
  

Semester

• Fall Semester: First class starts on the week of Labor Day and ends in Mid-January (total 15 weeks)
• Spring Semester: First class starts on the last week of January and ends on the second week of June (total 15 weeks)
  

Enrollment

• Current students have chance of early registration.
• Current student application: Teachers handout application form for new semester before the last day of school.
• New student application: Students must submit applications by the posted deadline and take placement test for class level based on their language ability. (Applications are available online)
  

Tuition and Class Schedule

• Tuition and class schedule information are available under the School information section.

Tuition Refund Policy

Although it is our policy to transfer the fund as a credit for next semester, we refund your payment if:

• your case is accepted by the administrator after counseling, and
• You fill out Refund Request From with proper reason.
• You must request a refund within 1 month. Any refund request after this period cannot be accepted.
  

Absence Policy

Students can leave early when they notify their teacher before they leave and their parents must come to pickup.

It is the student’s responsibility to notify the teacher before the day of absence via email, mail or cell phone. Any students leaving school or not attending class without any permission more than 3 times are unexcused and will be considered “skipping”.

Safety and Accident Policies

• Fighting and assaults on students and other people are prohibited. In case the student damages school building or any property, the parent/guardian is responsible for compensation.
• We will make every effort to keep the safety of all students. However, the Color-nation Corea School is not responsible for any accidents occurring in the school.
